I made an appointment with Dr. Rahul Jain on 20/08/24 to show my father. When I went to OPD 2 with the report to show & I wanted to know if Dr. Rahul Jain would be sitting at the Billing counter course Baijayanti was seated at the Billing counter. OPD 2 Told us to go to the city center of Bilaspur &find out, too. I requested that my spine surgery be done by Dr. Ashish Jaiswal just a few days ago. Please give me the information. She said we didn’t know when I reached the city center, but she told me Dr. Rahul Jain was sitting in OPD 2 Lingiyadie Bilaspur. I ran to Apollo hospital & showed the report.

Best Hospital in Bilaspur. However, the standard is not the expected level of an “Apollo Hospital.”Sometimes, I feel that it is a glorified government hospital.

The staff is very uncooperative, and the patient load has increased, and they continue to take more despite not having adequate doctors to treat them. Doctors, too, show all their punctuality in leaving their respective chambers when lunchtime or the time to leave comes, but God knows why their watches stop working at the starting hours. I request that the authorities start saying NO to patients if you can not handle this heavy workload. You are not a government institution that you can’t say NO. You are making conditions worse than those of the government sectors. We pay you whatever you demand. Then we should get services as we require.
